Last week' biggest real estate deals

Last week’s biggest real estate deals range from $1,400,000 to $4,200,000:

Stephen Tuttle, the president of NLG Supply, a provider of natural-gas liquids, purchased the 6,750-square foot, $4.2 million dollar property located in the northeast corner of the Desert Mountain Chiricahua Golf Course in Scottsdale.

San Miguel Properties of Wilmington, Delaware paid $2,050,000 cash for a 5,790-square-foot-property, located at Stone Canyon in Paradise Valley.

Next on the list, Keikhosrow Mosallaie purchased a 6,045-square-foot home for $1.8 million just west of the Camelback Golf Course in Paradise Valley.

The principals of Sanctuary II, LLC (James and Christine Mastandrea) purchased a $1,533,000 home with 5,103 square feet on the east side of Estancia Club in Scottsdale.

Last on the list, Jeffery Meister, purchased a 4,914-square-foot, $1.4 million dollar home located on the northwest edge of the Silverleaf Club in Scottsdale.
